Suggestions, Comments and Complaints

Occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like.  This is often due to matters beyond our control, such as emergencies.

If you have a complaint the quickest and easiest way is to tell the person who is actively involved in your care, who might be able to rectify the situation straight away. If you are still not satisfied with the service, please complete our feedback and complaints triage.
